Movie time
Jul. 21st, 2019 08:13 pmA few days after their Nexus adventure, Crowley arrives promptly at closing time (or, rather, what he decides is closing time) to set up for movie night in Aziraphale's bookshop. The Nexus library had provided digital copies of the movies for the demon to play from his phone and, with the aid of a tiny little shop in London, he'd acquired a top-of-the-line projector and screen. It was everything he needed for the visit - tech wise, at least. The air popper, bag of kernels, and fancy salts for their popcorn were also necessary, but they didn't require Crowley's attention until after they were ready to settle in for movie watching.
It's not too difficult to get everything set up in front of the best couch in the place, though he does take a little time to rearrange the furniture so it doesn't get in the way of the screen. After a test of a funny cat video compilation on the projector, the demon determines the setup is good to go. He then takes a moment to get all of the popcorn accouterments set out on one of the small tables before heading up front to check in on Aziraphale.
"Angel? Are all your customers gone yet?" His whiny tone suggests he doesn't care if anyone's still left in the place. "I want to start drinking and eating popcorn and watching movies."

Despite being a demon, Crowley often waffles when it comes to the performing of his more 'for the bad guys' duties. After being friends (and perhaps a bit more) with an angel for about 6,000 years, his views on morality have become very ambiguous. He's on his and Aziraphale's side these days and he wont' hesitate to use any of the miracles or abilities up his sleeve to make sure he and "his" angel end up where they want to be.
Besides, if the work gets done, who cares how it got done? Management doesn't care much about the details anyway.
